After a one-year absence, the ASA Racing Series returns to the famed .596-mile Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tenn. The BFGoodrich Traction T/A Tires 300 presented by Greased Lighting Orange Blast and Jani-King is set for Sunday, October 19. It is the 2003 season finale and will determine the National Champion and Rookie of the Year.

For years, the All American 400 late model race held at Nashville Speedway matched the stars from the North versus the stars from the South. It was among the biggest, most anticipated, short track stock car races in the country. The Patriot 200 concept will be revived in 2003 when ASA matches the Indiana based Sunoco Super Series and Alabama headquartered Southern All-Star Series in a 200-lap race on the eve of the ASA Racing Series season finale at the Fairgrounds Speedway at Nashville.

Late Model #53 - Team Boko leaves for florida to compete in the World Series of Stock Car Racing. The opening venue for Boris Jurkovic racing is once again in New Symerna Beach, Florida. Team Boko loaded up the fresh Lefthander Latemodel early Wednesday February 04, 2004 ready for opening day of the 10 day event. "Fascar runs a great event" states Boris, "I look forward to heading down for Speed Weeks each year." Boris will be competing against the best short track stock car drivers the US has to offer.

ASA #66 - Finishing an impressive 16th in the 2003 ASA point standings, and 4th in rookie points, Boris looks foward to the 2004 racing season.

Team BoKo Racing had their hopes set on a top-ten finish in the ASA Championship points. But thoes hopes vanished when an overheating engine in the late stages of the season finale left the number 66 parked on lap 238. After leading laps 84-88 at the famed Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tenn. , Boris was looking forward to another top five finsh and ran strong until he was forced to retire.
